As Office Manager, for The Jim Powers Team, Kathy not only handles the day to day activities of the office, her reponsibilities also include scheduling and coordinating the settlements for our buyers and sellers, keeping in contact with the other agents involved, lenders and inspection companies - to ensure that you have a smooth and successful transaction. Kathy also handles the marketing and advertising media and makes sure that our sellers have the best and most up to date resources available to help service our clients better and more efficiently.

On a personal note, I have been married to my husband, Jay, for 27 years and we have two very active children that keep us busy! I am active in their schools and involved in my church activities.
